This Asian grilled Bhetki revamps a Kolkata classic

There are a handul of good Asian restaurants in the city and Ping’s Cafe Orient is right up there as one of our favourites. The five-year-old restaurant on Middleton Row has made some brand new additions to its menu, featuring some classic picks and some interesting Asian fusions. Their new Asian Grilled Bhetki puts a fun twist on a classic Kolkata number. The dish features marinated fish in fragrant Asian chilli dip, charcoal roasted (grilled) with a drizzle of oil and is served with garnishing and a side of fragrant chilli dip sauce.

Pair the delicious fish with their signature Asparagus and Snow Peas salad and maybe consider a side of Crispy Sweet Potato in Chilli Mustard.
