In pictures: The best places for dim sums in Kolkata

1/9 PETER HU?: Peter Hu?’s dim sum menu is a combination of classic picks and new-age favourites. Their velvety Prawn Har Gow has a rich filling made with shrimp, water chestnuts and garlic. The burnt garlic adds in smokey notes, instantly elevating the dish. If you like some good ‘ol spice, try the Spicy Prawn Har Gow (available on request at the Park  Street restaurant).

Their Cream Cheese and Truffle Oil dim sums are wrapped in chic baby blue sheets (made with butterfly pea flower tea leaves) and sport a delicate filling of fresh cream cheese (made in-house), truffle oil, chopped coriander, and shiitake mushrooms.
