Kickstart Halloween with this classic pumpkin latte

									                        									                            									                                What’s better than enjoying the almost-winter mornings with a warm cuppa of pumpkin latte, some delish cookies and a book this pre-Halloween weekend?
Ingredients:
	- Full fat milk: 2 large cups
- Pumpkin puree: 2-3 tablespoons
- Powdered caster or brown sugar: 3-4 tablespoons
- Pumpkin spice: 1 teaspoon
- Warm instant coffee: 1 small cup
- Vanilla extract: ½ teaspoon
- Dry instant coffee: 1 teaspoon for garnish
- Whipped cream: 1 small cup
Recipe:
	- Add milk, pumpkin puree and sugar in a mixing bowl and give a quick mix
- Take a saucepan, pour the batter in it, keep the flame low and heat well. Do not boil the mix
- Turn off the flame, add the vanilla extract, pumpkin spice and the warm cup of coffee
- Give a gentle mix or beat for 30 seconds by an electric beater or hand 
- Pour in a cuppa, add whipped cream from the top and garnish with some dry coffee
Tips
Pumpkin puree recipe: Peel off the pumpkin, scoop out the seeds, and cut in small pieces. Season with some salt and bake for 20-25 minutes or dry roast in a gas oven on low flame for 15-20 minutes. Turn off the flame, mash with a spoon, allow it to cool and blend in a mixer jar
Pumpkin spice recipe: 2 tablespoons of cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of ginger, 1 teaspoon of nutmeg, 2-3 cloves dry blended
