Chef Rahul Arora has a brand new menu this week! It starts with two soups — one is a combination of spinach, corn and cheese and the other is a burst of freshness with spinach, parmesan cheese and corn. There’s a beautiful boneless grilled chicken (which can be substituted with paneer) in a herb cream sauce with tomatoes, bechamel and crunchy fresh veggies, and grilled buns with sour cream and caramelised onions at its core for the main course.
“A cherry tomato jam, sweet-tangy and punched with a hint of paprika, to add a bright contrast to the creamy mains. And our desserts welcome the star of winter — strawberry — with a cream cheese crumble jar, pretty much like a cheesecake minus the gelatin. Always a classic! Here’s to the beginning of a new season and to bright and beautiful indulgences,” said the chef in a statement.
