Enjoy freshly grilled Asian and Southeast Asian food at The Asian Grill Festival organised by Asia! Asia! Asia! The specially curated menu brings to you some lip-smacking dishes from across the region. Each portion is a set meal-box, including six grilled dishes (two skewers each) and a Bento box for vegetarians and non – vegetarians. For meat lovers, there is an option of adding on pork or prawns to the otherwise set menu at an additional cost.
For the vegetarians, there are Corn on the Cob, Pineapple Skewer, Korean Sticky Potato and Mushroom Bell pepper Siracha Skewer, while the non-vegetarians can savour Chicken Yakitori, Malaysian Chicken Satay, Fish Wrapped in Banana Leaf and more.
The Bento meal box includes items like Som Tam Salad, Kung Pao Chicken, Classic Chinese Fried Rice and Baked Basque Cheesecake to name a few. The grills have been inspired from the various grilling traditions like the Japanese Yakitori, Indonesian Satay, Gai Yang from Thailand and others.
