The homemade choco-chip variant – a combination of their in-house special Belgian waffles topped with chocolate chips and either chocolate or maple syrup – is an all-time favourite for many in the city. UNCLE PETER’S PANCAKES: Uncle Peter’s Pancakes is a quirky cloud kitchen catering to Kolkata’s midnight waffle cravings. Serving light and airy waffles with scrumptious toppings, this haunt rustles up a big variety. Pop picks are the Death by Chocolate Waffles and Blueberry and Creamcheese Waffles.
