The reluctance to wear masks continues across the city, The Telegraph speaks to some without a mask

A man was riding a bicycle near Central Metro station without wearing a mask. “I maintain 6ft distance (from another person) when I cycle and I am not in a crowded place. I have a mask and I will wear it when needed,” he said
