The revamped Milan Mela, off EM Bypass, on Monday. West Bengal chief minister Mamata Banerjee inaugurated the Milan Mela ground on Monday. The renovated Milan Mela can host up to 5000 people at once. The urban development department drew up a plan of nearly Rs 10 crore for revamping the infrastructure around the Milan Mela complex. Some of the events of the sixth edition of the Bengal Global Business Summit, scheduled for April 20 and 21, will be held at the renovated Milan Mela. Parama flyover is also getting painted at a cost of around Rs 1.27 crore ahead of the business summit
