Kolkata’s mayor Firhad Hakim takes stock of the renovation work of Tallah tank on Thursday. The Kolkata Municipal Corporation (KMC) hopes to finish the renovation work by June 2023. Tallah tank, the largest overhead reservoir in the world, has a capacity to contain nine million gallons of water. KMC has already completed repair work of three out of the four compartments of the tank
