Music is a major part of the scene at AMPM, and hence the space has a dedicated stage for bands to play. Live music will be a part of the vibe on Wednesday, Friday and Saturday evenings and also on Sunday afternoons.

By day, AMPM Calcutta operates as a refined coffee bar, beckoning guests to indulge in the warm embrace of the al-fresco balcony while savouring an exclusive range of organic single-origin coffee. Sourced from the verdant valleys of the Northeast, the carefully nurtured Ngarum brand embodies the essence of “coming together”. Cultivated beneath the shade of natural forests at elevations ranging from 1,050m to 1,480m, the coffee delivers an immersive and flavourful experience.

The ambience of AMPM Calcutta draws inspiration from traditional Irish clubs, exuding an unmistakable old-world charm that envelops every corner. Handpicked vintage artefacts and an extensive collection of books create an ambience that transports guests to a bygone era.

Under the visionary leadership of Chef Ayush Sood, executive chef at OMO Café Gurgaon and AMPM Calcutta, guests can expect a fusion of global flavours. Chef Abhinandan Dey, known for his understanding of international cuisines from his tenure at Emporio Armani Ristorante and Harrods Tea Room, will head the kitchen operations at AMPM Calcutta.

The Telegraph was the first to experience the space on Sunday evening and here’s getting you a glimpse of what we experienced.
