The dishes on the menu arrive in a stone pot or on a sizzler plate. The rice and noodle section features options like Hokkien Noodles — a spicy Fujian-style dish with a broccoli and carrot gravy, flavoured with basil and chillies. There’s also Butter Pepper Garlic Noodles with prawns and chives. For rice lovers, the menu includes fragrant stewed jasmine rice with vegetables and garlic pods. All noodle and rice dishes are served piping hot in stone bowls
Served on sizzling hot plates are grilled meat, fish, seafood and vegetarian mains. The vegetarian options include smoky Fire-Baked Cottage Cheese with sweet peppers and sesame (in picture), spicy Sizzling Cauliflower Taipei with sweet glazed onions, and a sweet-and-spicy Sizzling Barbecue Black Pepper Plant Protein with mock meat
