Keep your legs free when going on a long drive: Try and look outside the car. Do not focus on a point inside the vehicle.

While travelling, every 10 minutes, move your toes and feet in such a way that you can feel your calf muscles. People with ailments should limit their travel time to five to six hours, take an overnight break and then travel again.

Make sure you drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration, especially during the summer.

Wear clothes you’re comfortable in and those that don’t hamper blood circulation.

Avoid crossing your ankles or legs and change your position from time to time.

Adjust the seat in such a way that the knees are not flexed less than 90?.

Always wear a seat belt while driving.
