Recruitment policy for management trainees

We plan to recruit from second-tier management institutes this year.

Mid-career recruitment

Recruitment is through headhunting, job sites and advertising. Candidates with references from contacts are always preferred.

Terms

Employment is full-time except in the case of junior staff jobs. Retirement age is 60.

Postings / transfers

There will be transfers when required and if the candidate is willing to relocate.

We are looking for business development heads, entry-level sales professionals and trainees at all levels. We are also on the lookout for a profit centre head in Calcutta and R&D personnel at the factory. Other jobs include a plant incharge and technical personnel for our manufacturing unit in Himachal Pradesh.
