Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit management trainees from all enlisted general, engineering and management institutes.

Mid-career recruitment

Recruitment at this stage is done with the help of HR consultants, portals, employee referral schemes, newspaper advertisements, and promotion and appraisal systems.

Terms

All jobs on offer are on a permanent basis, with a probation period of six months. Retirement age is as per government regulations.

We have our headquarters in Calcutta and more than 10 offices all over India. Employees may be transferred if needed.
