We recruit from management schools and optometry institutes. We also consider employee referrals and post newspaper advertisements.

Recruitment at this stage is done through employee referrals and internal contacts. Occasionally, we take the help of newspaper advertisements.

Retirement age is 58.

Postings / transfers

Our head office is in Calcutta with outlets across the country. If the need arises, employees may be transferred from one place to another, of course with due consideration to their convenience.

Jobs on offer right now

We are looking for retail managers, retail store co-ordinators, sales executives and optometrists with at least two years experience in the trade. Those applying for the post of sales executive may have experience in any stream of the retail business.
