Recruitment policy for management trainees

We practise campus recruitment for our trainee programmes. We visit Tier 1 and Tier 2 B-schools and this year had a presence on 20 campuses.

Mid-career recruitment

We use employment websites, advertise in newspapers and magazines, and appoint consultants. We also have an internal referral program.

Terms

Our terms of employment are relatively standard.

Postings/ transfers

Our main office is in New Delhi but our analysts may be transferred on a short term basis to our headquarters in Chicago.
