Recruitment policy for management trainees

Management trainees are recruited from management, engineering and undergraduate colleges. We also resort to advertisements at times.

Mid-career recruitment

We advertise as well as scan job portals. For niche skills or senior management positions, we use our contacts and generate additional references.

Terms

The retirement age is 60. We offer permanent jobs and do not have a contractual system.

Postings/ transfers

We have offices in 10 cities in India. Based on the needs of the individual and our organisation, we transfer employees from one office to another.

Special facilities

On-the-job training is provided. We celebrate birthdays, have monthly entertainment hours and organise yearly family get-togethers for all our employees.
