Recruitment policy for management trainees

We don’t recruit trainees and don’t visit campuses.

Mid-career recruitment

Candidates are taken through our domain specific consultants. We also advertise in leading dailies and rarely do we have to resort to referrals.

Terms

We don’t have a contractual system; we offer full-time permanent jobs, (in some junior-level positions, there is a probation period). The retirement age is 60 which is extendable at times.

Postings/ transfers

Candidates are usually posted at our offices in and around Calcutta. Transfers happen in very few cases. However, people from the projects and marketing department have to make regular visits to our different offices.

Special facilities

We allow entrepreneurial freedom and offer immense opportunity for research for faculty positions. Innovation and creativity is also encouraged.
