Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit management trainees from Symbiosis, MICA, Indira School of Management, Indian Institute of Management, etc. We take an interview, a written test, a group discussion and then select the candidate.

Mid-career recruitment

We do not advertise in newspapers but mostly, we source our managers through the placement agencies and sometimes through references.

Terms

We follow the basic terms of employment that every organisation follows with a six-month probation clause. We don?t have any retirement age as such. We do have a contractual system.

Postings/ transfers

It depends upon our requirement. If we have opening(s) in our other branches and if employees want to be shifted or posted, then they are transferred. Our offices are located at Mumbai, Delhi, Calcutta, Chennai, Bangalore, Ahmedabad, Pune and Hyderabad.
