Excitement is whipping up for the fifth ODI at JSCA International Stadium Complex in Dhurwa, Ranchi, to be played between India and New Zealand on October 26. Here's all you need to know about match day
Ticket window
Tickets, priced between Rs 700 and Rs 4,000, will be sold from October 22 to 24 between 9am and 1pm, and from 2pm and 5pm. There are six designated counters at the stadium, two of which have been reserved for women and the disabled.
For Wing A and Wing C (upper tier seats), the rate is Rs 700; for Wing B and C (lower tier seats) it is Rs 900; Wing B upper is priced at Rs 1,000 and lower at Rs 1,200; Wing D lower is Rs 1,200; and the Spice Box will cost Rs 1,000.
In the North Pavilion, premium terrace will be Rs 2,000 heavy on the pocket. Corporate box seats are priced at Rs 2,500 while president's enclosure and hospitality box boast the highest rate of Rs 4,000.
In the South Pavilion, donor's enclosure is priced at 1,200; corporate box Rs 3,000 and luxury parlour Rs 4,000.
Team arrival
Players and match officials of India and New Zealand will reach Ranchi by a special flight around 1pm on October 24. The teams will stay at Radisson Blu and are expected to practice on October 25.
Gate timings
Entry to the Dhurwa stadium will be allowed only between noon and 3pm.
Route map
Route maps will be printed on the backside of every ticket.
For instance, those with tickets of the west gate will have to take the lane from Shahid Maidan to Home Guard camp via Shaka grounds to reach the stadium. Similarly, tickets of the southwest and east-west entry will require fans to take a right from Shaka grounds while coming from Shahid Maidan to reach the stadium.
JSCA president Amitabh Choudhary, who addressed a news meet on Wednesday, said signage along the road would help people reach the ODI venue without hassles.
Amenities
Paid refreshments and water will be available at the stands. The JSCA will also offer shuttle service after the match from St Thomas School to nearest point of public transport.
