Jamshedpur, Oct. 22: Chief minister Arjun Munda?s constituency Kharsawan is all set to become a tourist spot as the state tourism department has come up with comprehensive development plan for Akarshani village.
The village is thronged by devotees, from the entire Singhbhum-Kolhan region, and even neighbouring Orissa, who come to worship a tribal deity atop a hill.
State tourism director S.S. Prasad and regional manager of Indian Tourism Development Corporation A.B. Kumar today visited the place.
?The department will construct stairs and focus on developing the area. It would be a major tourist attraction soon,? said Munda, who could not go there today due to inclement weather.
