Jamshedpur, Nov. 7: The creative skills of students were put to test on the second day of the Autumn Fest 2003 at Golmuri Club.
Whether it was collage, essay writing, Hindi choral recitation or choreography, the students came in droves to clinch top slots.
Jamshedpur Public School (JPS), Sacred Heart Convent School and Little Flower secured top slots in three competitions. Carmel Junior College finished runner-up in all the events.
JPS students bagged the collage event with aplomb, displaying how aware they were of the events taking place across the world. JPS seemed prepared well for the event and won it comfortably. The school was represented by Sanjeev Kumar, Abhishekh Bhadra, Venkat Rao and Sidhartha Ghosh. The Carmel Junior College quartet of Jahan Zeb, Subhashree Bhattacharya, Patanjali Mishra and Ankit Arora had to be content with the second slot. Archana Gupta was the judge of this event.
