Rajendra Vidyalaya bags quiz honours

Jamshedpur, Nov 27: The Inter-school Seuli Seal Memorial Quiz contest was organised by DBMS English School here this morning.

Students of classes V to VII from 20 schools participated in the quiz, which is being held for the past 12 years.

A preliminary written test was followed by 10 rounds of quizzing. The finalists were Loyola School, Little Flower, Rajendra Vidyalaya, Sacred Heart Convent School, Kerala Samajam Model School and DBMS. Each team comprised four members.

The quiz began with the speed round, which had eight questions. The audio-visual round generated a lot excitement among the students.

The buzzer rounds kept the audience on the edge of their seats. The questions were tough, but the youngsters had the answers up their sleeves.

Though Loyola began well, Rajendra Vidyalaya over took them in the last two rounds to emerge winners. Loyola had to be satisfied with the second place, while KSMS stood third.
