Jamshedpur, Aug. 8: After basking in the glory for recently bagging the national award for best cinematography, Loyola alumnus Mahesh Aney has left for Muskat to shoot a film on tourism for the Oman government.

Mahesh, who belongs to the 1971 batch of Loyola, claimed the national award for best cinematographer in Ashutosh Gowariker?s movie Swades.

He had left the city for tinsel town after completing his schooling. He did his graduation from Mumbai and studied cinematography at the Film and Television Institute of India, Pune.
