The French furniture company, Gautier, has opened its first showroom in Ranchi with a wide range of furniture that combines exquisite French style and elegance with comfort and practicality. Its first showroom in Jharkhand was opened here yesterday.

Deputy general manager (sales) D.K. Basu said the company offers a wide range of furniture for both homes and offices. “We have various ranges, covering the bedroom, living room, office and work stations. These are easy to clean and maintain and are available with easy finance schemes. For the living room, there are elegant and comfortable sofa sets under the Venus range in fabric and leather as well as different designs of wall units under the Apollo range,” he added.

Manufactured in a sophisticated state-of-the-art factory at Kalur near Chennai, the Gautier range of modular furniture comes with an excellent finish. A unique varnishing process ensures that every piece has a polished look for several years. The furniture comes with fittings of German technology from Hettich International.

One of its major attractions is the in-house developed “Metro Range” which offers creative furniture solutions for metro apartments.

The range consists of individual units that can be used either independently or added up vertically or laterally to create the type of furniture required for homes.

“We have our warehouses in several cities where all parts are being stored. Calcutta is the nearest warehouse for Ranchi. There are also several local godowns. A customer can come to our showroom where all ranges with various designs are available and place orders.

He said the company has a separate design department, which has French experts.
