Jamshedpur, April 18: More than 170 delegates from various parts of the country will attend a two-day annual conference of the Jharkhand state chapter of Cardiological Society of India slated to start at the Shavak Nanavati Technical Institute (SNTI) tomorrow.

The theme of the conference is “Prevention of Cardiac Diseases”. Organising secretary of the conference, Anil Kumar Virmani, said here today that a recent survey by Cardiological Society of India (CSI) revealed that 30 per cent population of the city suffers from heart diseases.
