Ranchi, May 27: With a view to settle the dispute related to land and revenue, district administration today organised a revenue camp at Morabadi.

Cases of 12 circles of Sadar sub-division were taken up out of which 218 cases were solved. Most of these were related to land mutation, land restoration and payment of revenue.

Officer-in-charge of police stations concerned were also present to help the participants facing land restoration problems despite the court’s order.

While the stalls of Kanke, Namkum and Ratu circles were well crowded, a poor turnout was registered at other stalls.

A similar camp was organised on December 17, last year. At that time, officials of all the 21 circles of the three sub-divisions of the district were present.

About 546 such cases came up in the camp, the maximum being from the town circle.

About 230 cases were registered from the area followed by Kanke and Namkum with 64 and 58 cases respectively.
