Mumbai, Dec. 2: Starting today, STAR Plus will telecast KBC2, hosted by Amitabh Bachchan (in picture above), only on Fridays and Saturdays. Sai Baba will fill in the slot on Sundays.

STAR Plus has a bank of 61 episodes of KBC2, of which only nine will be left after today’s show. The channel wants to stagger the telecast of the remaining episodes till the actor can resume shooting.

It will also telecast two specials ? Best of KBC2 with regular participants on December 24 and Best of KBC2 with celebrities on December 31.

The condition of the actor, who had an intestine surgery on Wednesday, is improving. However, it will take a few more days for him to be allowed oral intake, sources at Lilavati Hospital said today.
