Zeal galore on International Yoga Day
Led by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Yoga enthusiasts across the country bask in the glory of the auspicious day. Marked this year under the theme 'Yoga for Humanity', around 25 crore people in India and abroad practise yoga in unison. Modi set the ball rolling along with thousands of participants at a mass demonstration in the backdrop of the iconic Mysuru Palace on Tuesday. The organising of the main event of the eighth 'International Day of Yoga' in the royal city of Mysuru, is a befitting tribute to the patronage it received under the Maharajas here. Modi acknowledging the city's significant contribution to Yoga, calls Mysuru 'the land of spirituality and Yoga'
