Suleman Memon (in PTI picture), one of the brothers of Yakub Memon, arrives in Nagpur on Wednesday to meet the convict. Suleman had moved to Dubai eight months before the blasts and had a business there. His wife Rubeena was convicted as a conspirator on the grounds that a car carrying explosives and guns that exploded near Worli was registered in her name and she had left for Dubai with the rest of the family (except mastermind Tiger) a day 
before the blasts.
