SHILPA SHETTY: I am genetically blessed. I don’t diet much. To be fit is very important to me. I don’t go overboard on what I eat....I do meditate regularly....I love doing squats. I’ve always felt my legs are too skinny, so I concentrate more on my lower body.... I get workout tips from my costars, Salman Khan and Sunjay Dutt, who are fitness freaks themselves.
URMILA MATONDKAR: I don’t do a regular workout and am a complete foodie but I try to maintain balance. I don’t party or drink.
MALLIKA SHERAWAT: Lots of kissing in my movies ? that’s the secret of my glowing skin!
SHAMITA SHETTY: Regular workout, healthy food combination has worked wonders for me. I no longer go on fast food binges, I don’t party late in the night and have started to be more serious about my work.
BIPASHA BASU: Actually, I got into fitness because of this film (No Entry). Since I play a dancer, I knew that I’d have to bare my midriff. All my fears about showing my belly came up. So, I started working out and soon my mindblock about item numbers was also removed....My gym routine is a priority, and if I have two hours free, I spend half an hour with John and the rest of the time in the gym or in a swimming pool.

Sameera Reddy: I don’t have gym memberships all over the country. I usually just walk in and ask the manager if they will allow me to use their facilities for the day. They always do and no one has ever allowed me to pay anything. Still, I always pay the trainers at the gym if they help me with my workout.
Esha Deol: Aditya Chopra, the producer (of Dhoom), wanted me for the role of a glamour girl in the film and told me to reinvent myself, after delivering specifics for the role in terms of look and character. So I geared up and got a new regime for my workout. I managed to get that sexy abs that I never thought was possible. For my washboard-flat stomach, I worked with my trainer (Sherveer Vakil) for one hour daily. I owe my trim--sexy look to buddy Zayed Khan. He pushed me into joining a fitness course and after a year of doing barbell and dumb-bell, I’ve become a fitness fanatic. I’ve also realised the importance of eating right and avoiding oily, fatty food.
LARA DUTTA: Hey guys, my Punjabi thighs will fill up the frame. My trainer is very strict. But it’s gotta be this way, this is the only way I can manage to keep my body in shape. A crash diet never works. You lose weight one day and add it the next.
ANTARA MALI: I don’t watch my diet. I eat anything. I try and eat healthy food, that’s about it.... Breakfast for me is a big meal. I believe in heavy breakfasts because I need the strength during the day.You can eat as much as you want as long as you burn it.
Priyanka Chopra: I don’t have one (fitness regime). I don’t work out. I don’t need to. I don’t have the tendency to put on weight at this age. I do not diet. I love eating! I eat anything at any time.
