The popular Zee Bangla show Didi No. 1 (Season 9) is all set to complete 1,000 episodes. Launched in 2009, the show has captured the hearts of audiences across Bengal in the past 15 years. With nearly 20,000 participants, Didi No. 1 continues to be a platform that uplifts and celebrates women from all walks of life.

To commemorate this achievement, Zee Bangla organised week-long celebrations, starting from Monday with episode 995, and culminating on Sunday with episode 1,001. The week features special star-studded episodes showcasing exciting games, memorable moments and heartfelt tributes to the show’s legacy.

Directed by filmmaker Avijit Sen, the grand highlight of Didi No. 1 (Season 9) will be the 1,000th episode, which will air on Saturday, November 30 at 4.30pm on Zee Bangla. This episode will bring together some of the biggest names from Bengal’s film, television, and music industries, as they join in the celebration of Didi No. 1 and its beloved anchor, Rachna Banerjee. With a blend of emotional tributes, fun-filled games, and heartwarming interactions, the 1,000th episode promises to be a memorable milestone in the history of Bengali television.

At the heart of Didi No. 1 is its dynamic and cherished actress and anchor, Rachna Banerjee. Her warmth, charisma, and unwavering support for the contestants have made her a beloved figure in Bengali television.
