For all the fitness freaks who prefer a good workout over plush settings, there is good news. Tri Fitness Studio, set across 1,800sq feet is a compact little place that ensures that you sweat out well and go home relaxed. “We have been working out for a long time and we realised most of the gyms we have in the city are very high-end and yet, impersonal. We have tried to come up with the best trainers and pay individual attention to each member,” said Mustafa Chunawala, one of the three partners at the gym. For those who like something more than cardio, there is kick-boxing, kettlebell, functional trainer, cross trainer and weight lifting to choose from. There is an in-house dietician — Khadija Chunawala — to customise a diet plan for each member. With four trainers in each session — morning, afternoon and evening — the focus is to let members make the most of the gym. “We are also combining a lot of yoga in the workouts. We already have over 100 members and are expecting more as the summer vacations start,” said Mustafa.
