Netflix India released a video on Friday to share glimpses of some of their popular shows returning with their second instalments this year.
The streaming giants took to Twitter to share the video and wrote, “From spine-chilling encounters to mismatched love stories - all of our favourite shows are back for a second season! 🎉💃 What are you most excited for?”
The OTT platform has earlier confirmed that these shows are renewed. Here is what we learned from the video titled ‘Our Favourites Are Back With Season Twos’:
Delhi Crime
Shefali Shah is returning as DCP Vartika Chaturvedi in this chilling crime drama series based on true events. Get ready for some serious investigation.

Masaba Masaba
In this wacky slice-of-life sitcom, fashion designer Masaba Gupta straddles the worlds of fashion and family while making a foray back into the dating world.
The season is directed by Sonam Nair and produced by Vinyard Films. Apart from Masaba herself and Neena Gupta, the show also stars Neil Bhoopalam, Kusha Kapila, Rytasha Rathore, Kareema Barry, Ram Kapoor, Barkha Singh, and Armaan Khera. Masaba Masaba S2 is coming to Netflix on July 29.
Mismatched
This coming-of-age romantic drama series is based on Sandhya Menon’s 2017 novel When Dimple Met Rishi. After the heartbreak of last season, Rishi and Dimple are back again with their ragtag group of friends and mentors at their summer programme. The video braces us for more coffee-throwing shenanigans, verbal fights, cute moments and heartbreaks.
The OTT platform has also shared an image from season two to remind us about the importance of coffee and wrote, “Cold coffee for everyone 💃🕺 we're celebrating Mismatched returning for a second season.”
Jamtara
More scamming returns to the screens as Sunny, Rocky and their school dropout friends are back with their phishing jobs in the Jamtara district of Jharkhand in this intriguing crime drama.
This time the story gets more intriguing with the involvement of more politicians in the hugely profitable phishing business. Jamtara S2 will raise the bars for the protagonists while introducing new characters as well.
Fabulous Lives of Bollywood Wives
Neelam Kothari, Maheep Kapoor, Bhavna Pandey and Seema Khan are returning with their fabulous lives in the second season of this reality television series.
The show instantly became a huge hit as a guilty pleasure watch for its depiction of the lives of these Bollywood stars and Sanjay Kapoor’s relatable jokes.
Season 2 will give a sneak peek into the lives of some of the most popular stars of Bollywood, including Shah Rukh Khan and Gauri Khan.
