LOL: When Bakra man Cyrus Broacha is in the house, expect nothing short of an evening of belly-aching gags. “Cyrus Broacha is one of the first really funny guys of India, way before Vir Das and the other contemporary comedians came along. He is one of the pioneers that way,” says Raouf Gangjee, who started Kalkutta Komedians, a Calcutta-based English stand-up comedy group, last year. “We are trying to offer a slice of local comedy and at the same time have experienced comedians perform with us,” adds Raouf.

The show opens with the Kalkutta Komedians team of Anirban Dasgupta, Vaibhav Sethia and Biraj Choudhury. Akshay BD from Bangalore will also take the stage.
