Making dinner a rich affair this June, Dum Pukht, known for its slow-cooking, is plating up a qorma-special menu to celebrate the cooking style that uses a brown onion-based gravy. With recipes culled from the royal kitchens of Awadh, Qorma Qissa offers five vegetarian and five non-vegetarian qorma dishes, jointly created by Zubair Quereshi, master chef, Dum Pukht, and Vijay Malhotra, ITC Sonar executive chef.
