Dhanush and Alia Bhatt have topped the list of IMDB’s 10 most popular Indian Stars in 2022, while Hrithik Roshan, Allu Arjun and Samantha Ruth Prabhu have also found their way in that list.
Aishwarya Rai Bachchan and Ram Charan are placed third and fourth, respectively, while Samantha is in the fifth position. Hrithik Roshan has been slotted to the sixth position, followed by Kiara Advani and Jr NTR. Allu Arjun comes ninth in the list and KGF star Yash holds the 10th position.

Alia Bhatt has had a blockbuster year, starting with Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s Gangubai Kathiawadi and Ayan Mukherji’s Brahmastra. The actress also released her maiden production this year with Darlings. Alia Bhatt, Ram Charan and NTR Jr also starred in S.S. Rajmouli’s epic action-drama RRR.
Dhanush made his Hollywood debut this year with the Netflix film The Gray Man, while Aishwarya Rai Bachchan enthralled the audience in Mani Ratnam's Ponniyin Selvan I.
Kiara Advani had a blockbuster year as well with JugJugg Jeeyo and Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2. Yash’s K.G.F. Chapter 2 was the first film to break box office records in India this year.
Hrithik Roshan’s menacing Vedha in Vikram Vedha garnered immense love and praise for his performance. Samantha Ruth Prabhu dazzled in the Oo Antava song from Pushpa: The Rise and gave a powerful performance in Yashoda.
Allu Arjun shot to stardom after the release of his Pushpa: The Rise. He was the Indian representative in New York for the annual Indian Day Parade.
