“Often, people are put off by so much bread while digging into a burger, which is when this idea struck me. They’re still burgers, only with various other carbs replacing the bread,” said Sambit Banick, chef and owner of Spice Kraft. Drop by if you want to reinvent the traditional notion of a burger.
