It was a balmy Saturday afternoon that drew loud laughter, quick pouts and cheers from members of YFLO who congregated at M Bar Kitchen for a “power brunch”. 

Pick & choose: One salad or a soup, two starters, one main course and one dessert. 
Pocket pinch: Rs 1,250-plus per head (advance reservations recommended)
Timing: 1.30pm to 4pm (every day) 


One of the first dishes to make it to the table was Cheese and Watermelon Sliders. The sweetness of the watermelon and the sourness of the cheese brought on many a blissful expression.

“The FLO and YFLO power brunch was a great bonding session with the ladies who’ve put in a lot of effort during my tenure,” said YFLO chairperson Shradha Agarwaal, who went on to discuss future plans for YFLO with the ladies, digging into the four-course menu put together by Tania Ghosh, head chef of M Bar Kitchen.

The dine-and-party den on Park Street has introduced champagne brunches. t2 dropped by. 

YFLO members (l-r) Swati Poddar, Soumya Didwania and Neha Mimani were in “bubbly” spirits, thanks to the bottle of Chandon Brut that was uncorked early. 
“It was a compact brunch with great M Bar Kitchen food. Also, it was great meeting both old and new faces,” said Neha, who owns Onset, a furnishing store in Hindusthan Park.

“A champagne brunch is just right for patrons who want to relax and have an enjoyable time and not rush through things, as is the norm,” said Tania Ghosh. So head over and sip on unlimited bubbly and dig into dishes from a set menu, including some from the regular M Bar Kitchen menu and a few exclusives. “This is a luxe brunch with the food complementing the champagne. It looks good and takes time to prepare, coming to you pre-plated. Sit back and enjoy,” smiled Tania. #SoTempting
