The people here were a lot of fun. They’ve all come to watch my movie, Rajkahini (at Mani Square). I really hope it does well. The mall is full of youngsters, I absolutely loved interacting with each one of them over Coke… I’m busy till Saptami, and then I’m taking two days off to go out of town for a quick holiday — Parno Mittra

Clad in beautiful saris and looking oh-so-gorgeous, actress Parno Mittra joined diners at the food courts of Mani Square and Avani Riverside malls on Saturday for Coke-e Food-e Pujor Mood-e, a series of adda sessions that were held across the city, in association with The Telegraph and Anandabazar Patrika, in the run-up to Durga Puja.

At the Mani Square food court, Parno chatted about her Puja plans with a few lucky fans who were chosen to be a part of the Coke Adda. Between sipping cola and cracking jokes, the bubbly actress answered their queries and even danced with her fans. On the table were smiley potato fries, chicken nuggets, chicken lollipop and Coke.

At Treat, the food court of Avani Riverside Mall, the ladies went gaga when Parno stepped in, in a lovely Kota silk. The fans flooded her with questions about her well-maintained figure and stunning looks. “The sari and make-up camouflage all my flaws,” Parno laughed, in between bites of French fries. Also on the adda menu were chicken tangri kebabs, momos, chilli potato, and, of course, lots of Coke.
