A Russian film crew returned to Earth after 12 days aboard the International Space Station to shoot scenes of the first movie filmed in space. The module took off from Baikonur Cosmodrome in Kazakhstan and landed in a desert steppe. While the plot of the film titled The Challenge is not known, it seems a section of it has to do with a cosmonaut getting a heart procedure in space. On board the Soyuz MS-18 spaceship were actor Yulia Peresild, who plays the surgeon, director Klim Shipenko, and a veteran of three space missions Anton Shkaplerov. Peresild was chosen from 3,000 applicants. They have recorded about 30 hours of material in space. Upon return the crew went straight into a rehabilitation programme to help them recover from the effects of living in space.

The first onion special train chugged into Jalalgarh in Bihar’s Purnia district carrying 246 tonnes of onions from Visakhapatnam. It is expected to be of help to onion farmers, and help them get a fair price for their crop.
