Vegetarian Mock Meat Salad: A rage with vegetarians, mock meat (a soy-based meat substitute) is fried until crunchy and tossed with assorted lettuce and bean sprouts in a tangy plum sauce-based dressing. Rs 495-plus
Coconut Cooler and Tahiti: The Coconut Cooler is a blend of fresh coconut water, with watermelon chunks and gondhoraj lemon juice. The Tahiti (right) is a tropical twist to the good old iced tea, flavoured with strawberry, hibiscus and cockscomb flowers. Rs 220-plus and Rs 210-plus respectively
Almond Tart: Sticky, crunchy, gooey and toffee-ish aptly describe this sweet and rich dessert. Ideal if shared. Rs 275-plus
Cheesy Tomato Risotto: Arborio rice cooked to a creamy texture in a cheese and tomato-based sauce, flavoured with herbs and served with garlic bread, make up this comfort food. Rs 355-plus
Spicy Wild Prawn Curry with Water Chestnut, Almond and Onions: If you love your Thai curry, then you will love this too. The gravy is flavoured with carnation milk, lemongrass, and curry leaf paste, which lends it a unique flavour. Succulent prawns and crunchy water chestnuts add the right balance of texture to the dish. Try this with steamed rice. Rs 550-plus
Gondhoraj Fish Tikka: Calcutta bekti is coated in a gondhoraj lemon-based marinade and cooked in the tandoor, leaving a fresh and fragrant aftertaste. Rs 625-plus
