What: Whisky Trail, a range of whisky-based cocktails

On the menu: To welcome “the spirit of winter”, the bar at TFO is pouring out a new range of whisky-based cocktails. Sip on Old Burgundy Sour — bourbon whisky with handpressed lime juice, maple and red wine reduction; St. Germain Sour — bourbon whisky infused with star anise, St-Germain elderflower, pickled blackberries and fresh lime juice; My Thai Lady’s Kiss — bourbon whisky with ginger and honey reduction, and home-made bitter tincture, swirled with ice and black charcoal mist; and of course The TFO Old Fashioned — longan and jujube vinegar with lemongrass and Thai chilli reduction, shaken with bourbon whisky.
