If you are looking for a place to chill while your little ones are engaged in activities, you might want to check out Kids Stop near Minto Park. Spread across 2,000 sqft, it’s a jungle-themed children’s play area-cum-cafe that opened doors on October 14, with a range activities for children aged two to 10 years. Think slides, ball pool, trampoline, merry-go-round, swing, tunnels, Lego wall, sand pit, kitchen set and tree house, all of them designed to keep them occupied while you tuck into yummy vegetarian fare and non-alcoholic beverages. You can also leave your kid here for two hours and go run an errand, or host your child’s birthday party on the premises.

“I used to take my kid to different play areas but I had nothing to do other than to sit and wait for her. Also, the cafes in Calcutta don’t have anything to keep the kids occupied while the parents are eating. I thought of coming up with a space that will have something for both children and parents,” said Gautam Gupta, the owner of Kids Stop.
