CC&FC celebrated Bijoya Sammiloni on October 15 with much fervour. The club decked up for the festive occasion and active participation from the members made it a success. The women stepped out in their festive best to take part in sindoor khela and dhunuchi naach.

Bhoomi performed and the members and guests danced their hearts out. There was also a feast laid out for them by the club kitchen comprising Bengali delicacies.

“We are delighted that so many members have turned up to celebrate the occasion with us. In spite of the rain threat these days, we are happy that the event went off hitch free. So many people have worked so hard to ensure that this event was a success. I am happy that members and their guests enjoyed a memorable evening at the club. The Entertainment, Catering and Bar Committees did a fabulous job,” said Deepankar Nandi, president, CC&FC.
