Celebration of all things French is the buzz at this Rajarhat hotel’s Cafe Swiss. In keeping with the spirit of Good France 2018, a culinary celebration of French food celebrated all over the world, the hotel will plate a specially-curated a la carte French menu till March 27. What to expect: Check out typical French delicacies such as Asparagus with Shaved Black Summer Truffle and Hollandaise, Grilled Bay of Bengal Prawns with citrus-sundried tomato pesto and rice crisp, Roast Chicken with New Potatoes, Baby Carrots and Merlot Jus, and desserts such as Vanilla Creme Brulee with Croquets de Carcassonne, and Chocolate Marquis with sour cherries.
