Adda is always more fun with cocktails. Which is why  The Bikers Cafe has introduced 10 cocktails for the winter season. Sip on a sweet-and-spicy Highway to Hell or a power-packed 220 CC, with some bites to go on the side.

“We came up with the concept of these cocktails with recommended dishes as we want our customers to enjoy the right balance of food and drinks,” said Manoj Rathi, director, The Bikers Cafe. Here’s what you can gear up for.

When: Till December 30, 11am to midnight

Pocket pinch: Rs 299-plus for one cocktail

The Legend Lives has a fruity, bubblegum flavour with elderflower liqueur, lemon juice, grapefruit juice and orange bitter.

The gin-based Despacito (inspired by the hit party track) made of chopped apple, pineapple, mango crush and orange soaked in agave syrup will hit you, but slowly (despacito is ‘slowly’ in Spanish). 

Winter of 17 is like a cool December breeze in a glass. This rum-based cocktail is stirred up with chilled pineapple juice + orange juice + coconut cream. 

The Peaceful Ride tastes like a mocktail though it packs in 90ml of vodka. Mixed with peach syrup, rose syrup and soda, there are chunks of watermelon, apple and orange, so keep the stirrer and spoon handy. 

Wash down a plate of Fully Loaded Nachos (Rs 321) with this sweet and sour Hyosung Margarita made with sparkling brut, orange nectar, tequila and rum.

The tequila-based Highway to Hell is a sweet and spicy drink that will leave your mouth burning after every sip. Team it with a Classic Caesar Salad (Rs 285).
