NEWS44, a Delhi-NCR based online news portal which was launched recently, has formally announced the decision to launch their official application for android and iPhone users.
The application will be launched by NEWS44, keeping in mind the need for a robust platform for people seeking to consume credible news at their fingertips. The application will provide news readers with news from a plethora of segments like politics, governance, economy & finance, foreign affairs, science, tech and entertainment. As per the co-founders of NEWS44, Bhupender Kumar and Rishi Dubey, the application will soon be available on Google Play Store and Apple Store for users to install. The application will be free to download for users and will provide them with authentic latest and breaking news.
After having successfully launched the news portal, the entrepreneur duo of Bhupender Kumar and Rishi Dubey, felt that there was a need to launch an application for the convenience of the users and hence they announced the decision to launch their official news application. The soon-to-be-launched application will cater to all the needs of the news consumers along with providing them the notification for the segment they wish to get the news about. To provide the users with a hassle-free news consuming experience, NEWS44 is working with a dedicated team of app developers that are designing a robust application, catering to all the modern-day needs of the people.
Talking about the application that will be soon launched, Sumit Kr Vasudev, General Manager at NEWS44 stated that “It is quite obvious that we should be launching our news application as most of the renowned News Media outlets, whether print media or electronic media, have their application through which people consume the news they are looking for. Additionally, one more reason for us to launch the application is because people nowadays are busy and do not have a lot of time to go watch the videos of a particular news and hence they prefer to get everything quickly on their fingertips. Further, through this application, we want to position ourselves as one of the credible media outlets in the country.
The NEWS44 application will have a smooth user interface that readers of all ages can wrap their heads around. The management also plans to incorporate video content in the application so that news junkies get everything served on a single platter.
