Calcutta, Dec. 2: Cognizant Technology Solutions has acquired the Netherlands-based Infopulse for $5 million as part of its global expansion plans.
“The acquisition will help Cognizant serve customers in the Benelux region through local partners, industry expertise and local language capability,” chairman and CEO Kumar Mahadeva said. Infopulse provides services in the banking and financial industry.
