Mumbai, June 15: The board of directors of Ashok Leyland today okayed a bonus issue. The commercial vehicle maker will issue bonus shares in the ratio of 1:1. “The board has resolved to issue bonus shares by way of capitalisation of securities premium in the ratio of one equity share of Re 1 each for every one equity share of Re 1,” the company informed the stock exchanges today.
